Great doc - so thorough, explains everything well, a delight to talk to. Ruby is fantastic at helping me pick new frames! I trust her more than anyone else to tell me what looks right on my face.

I had a fantastic experience at EyeTech on Slaughter Lane. Dr. Luc Waked took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understood all of my options so I could make the best decisions for both my eye health and my budget. He patiently answered every question I had and made me feel informed and empowered throughout the entire appointment. Everyone else I interacted with—from the front desk staff, to the technician who performed my initial exam, to the team helping with glasses and prescriptions—was equally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This was my first visit to the new EyeCare Specialties location, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I'm looking forward to being a loyal customer for years to come!

I recently switched to them looking for an an Optometrist closer to my home. I have to say, the staff and Dr. are GREAT! I have lots of moving parts with my eye situation. I’m a complicated case and they handled my situation with grace & care. The Dr. was so patient with me going back multiple times and was so encouraging to find a workable solution. Whet a great first impression when my case is challenging. The whole staff was wonderful, so glad I found this office !!

Dr. Tang was wonderful, very helpful in explaining the difference between prescriptions, and has a warm nature. Jennifer at the front was what made me come — she answered all the insurance things, and went above and beyond for scheduling. Also conveniently located in south Austin.

Great experience! The staff were friendly and efficient. I showed up early to fill out the new patient forms as advised. They took me in right on time. Dr. Jill Haven was great and talked me through my results! I will definitely be going back yearly for exams and to purchase glasses.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lamei at Eye Tech for years. She is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything/ is always happy to answer questions. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and very helpful!

Saw Dr. Trinidad who was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had. He even gave me some recommendations for the occasional stye. Didn't feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Trinidad.
