I recently switched to them looking for an an Optometrist closer to my home. I have to say, the staff and Dr. are GREAT! I have lots of moving parts with my eye situation. I’m a complicated case and they handled my situation with grace & care. The Dr. was so patient with me going back multiple times and was so encouraging to find a workable solution. Whet a great first impression when my case is challenging. The whole staff was wonderful, so glad I found this office !!

I got the best pair of glasses through EyeTech that I have had in years. It is wonderful to be able to see so well. I also like the frames they helped me choose. Dr. Haven and her staff went the extra mile! Thank you!!

Dr. Tang was wonderful, very helpful in explaining the difference between prescriptions, and has a warm nature. Jennifer at the front was what made me come — she answered all the insurance things, and went above and beyond for scheduling. Also conveniently located in south Austin.

Great experience! The staff were friendly and efficient. I showed up early to fill out the new patient forms as advised. They took me in right on time. Dr. Jill Haven was great and talked me through my results! I will definitely be going back yearly for exams and to purchase glasses.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lamei at Eye Tech for years. She is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything/ is always happy to answer questions. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and very helpful!

Saw Dr. Trinidad who was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had. He even gave me some recommendations for the occasional stye. Didn't feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Trinidad.

One of the only glasses labs in town that has the ability to add an anti-fogging coat to their lenses. This allowed me to get reading glasses that work in the bath (don't get fogged over). Trust me I called around town and this feature is hard to find!

I've been seeing Dr. Lamei for 25 years and have referred many friends to her. She's warm, knowledgeable, and takes time with patients. She explains things thoroughly and caringly. Her office stays on top of modern technology and insurance changes. Office is easy to communicate with, schedule, and access.

I had a great Experience with Dr. Trinidad. At previous places, I felt like I was being rushed and the workers just did not care about my questions and concerns. I got this placed recommended to me and the experience was great. I got my questions answered and did not feel weird asking my concerns related to my contacts and future eye procedures that I might qualify for, 100% recommended.
